This classic oolong is a marvelous combination of sweet, floral, fruity, and the tiniest bit nutty and leaves a wonderful lingering aftertaste.

Big Red Robe Oolong

Big Red Robe Oolong
4 oz. $9.97

This legendary tea is very rich and smooth with dark, almost molasses-like undertones. Legend has it that when a monk first gave the emperor this tea, the emperor loved it so much that he gave the monk a special gift of a scarlet robe.

Big Red Robe Imperial Grade

Big Red Robe Imperial Grade
4 oz. $79.99

OMG! This is the best Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe) I have ever tasted. History says this oolong tea was made just for the emperor of China, from a few select tea bushes. Taste this tea and you will understand why. The dry leaves are long, dark, and sinuous. The steeped cup is medium-bodied yet very complex, with notes of sweet, fruity, even hints of a mineral quality that adds perfect balance and character to the cup. This is a tea worthy of an emperor.

TeaSource Oolong

TeaSource Oolong
4 oz. $5.99

This lovely oolong from Fujian province of China is known as Se Chung ("Colorful Variety") and is on the greener side of oolongs. It steeps up sweet, silky, light to medium-bodied, with a hint of a lovely fresh floral taste and aroma. Good for multiple infusions.

Ti Kwan Yin

Ti Kwan Yin
4 oz. $11.98

This tea has an aromatic, slightly fruity flavor with a taste reminiscent of fresh plums, with just a little toastiness in the aftertaste.

Ti Kwan Yin, Cubed

Ti Kwan Yin, Cubed
4 oz. $26.46

The first time you see this tea your mouth will drop in wonder (and perhaps confusion), then you begin to smell the wonderful sweet floral aroma, and begin to see the beauty of the light green leaves that have been lovingly hand-processed and hand-pressed into these small cubes (1.5" square). When you break off about 1/3 of a cube and steep it as an oolong, it delivers a marvelous aroma, and wonderful liquor that is sweet and silky, with tremendous mouth feel, that yields many infusions from the same leaves.

Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong (Wulong)

Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong (Wulong)
4 oz. $5.99

This is an absolutely wonderful Ti Kwan Yin style oolong from Fujian, China, done in the classic style. The modern trend is for Ti Kwan Yin to be a little sweeter and a little greener. This tea definitely has some sweetness, but that is perfectly balanced by just a tiny bit of baking of the leaf. The aroma and steeped liquor deliver a marvelous blend of sweet and toasty with a flavor reminiscent of roasted pine nuts.

Sweet Silk Oolong

Sweet Silk Oolong
4 oz. $6.47

This lovely greener oolong from the mountains of Fujian steeps up medium-bodied, floral, sweet, fresh, with a noticeable silky/smooth/creamy quality-usually only found in much more expensive teas.
