Is it safe to send my credit card number over the Internet?
TeaSource uses a Secure Server to transmit your credit card information. The data sent through the Secure Server is encrypted. It is actually safer to transmit your credit card information through the Secure Server than to give the number out over the telephone.

What is your privacy policy regarding personal information?
A good question. Our policy is simple: under absolutely NO circumstances do we make any information about our customers available to anyone else. I never sell or trade my customer lists: including names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mails etc. Credit card numbers are destroyed as soon as an order is processed. I hate unsolicited junk mail of any kind. It seems that the least I can do is not contribute to this unpleasantness in my customer's lives.

How is my tea shipped?
All orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped US Priority Mail. You should receive your tea within 4-6 business days. Shipping prices are as follows:
For orders under $20.00 shipping costs $5.95
For orders between $20.00 - $50.00 shipping costs $6.95
For orders between $50.00 - $90.00 shipping costs $8.95
For orders over $90.00 Shipping is FREE
If you cannot receive U.S. Mail, please e-mail us so that we can make other arrangements.

Please note that shipping charges are calculated from the subtotal of your order, BEFORE any discounts or coupons are applied.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:
We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas, on orders placed after Friday Dec. 17. So place your orders early if possible.

What is TeaSource's return policy?
We always try to provide the highest quality products, but if there is a defect in any product from TeaSource we will happily replace it or refund your money. However, we can not refund money or accept a return on bulk tea purchases unless the heat-sealed closure is still intact. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on bulk tea simply because you didn't like the flavor. Therefore, we strongly recommend reading the description carefully and purchasing the minimum amount (2 ounces) of a new tea before purchasing a large quantity.
We do require a receipt for all returns. All returns must be done within 45 days of the purchase date.

I get Java Script errors when I try to use the shopping cart:
Unfortunately we have experienced problems (Java Script errors) when trying to use the shopping cart wth Netscape Communicator 4.04. This problem does not occur when using Internet Explorer, or when using later versions of Netscape. If you are using Netscape Communicator 4.04, we recommend that you update your browser. If you continue to have problems, please contact us.
