This does not mean that our other teas are unsafe, in general, hand-processed orthodox manufactured teas (almost all of our teas fall into this class) rarely have a problem with excessive chemical residues.

Sourenee Estate, Darjeeling, FTGFOP1, 1st Flush, ORGANIC This is a fabulous and unusual first flush Darjeeling black tea. It has a very fresh and beguiling aroma, with hints of blooming flowers. The steeped liquor is very complex: with all the classic notes of a first flush Darjeeling black tea but it also has slight spicy, almost peppery notes. In addition it has very mild astringency compared to many first flush Darjeeling black teas. |

South Indian Iyerpadi OP, ORGANIC A lovely, medium-bodied black tea from South India with a classic black tea flavor, a hint of crispness and just a little sweet/fruitiness. This also makes a great iced tea. |

Yunnan FOP, ORGANIC A fabulous Yunnan black tea. Rich, full-bodied, aromatic with a hint of sweet earthiness and a velvety texture. |

Assam, Banaspathy Estate FOP, ORGANIC This organic whole leaf black tea has a sweet malty aroma and produces a steeped cup of tea that is hearty, malty, with a sense of clarity and a tiny note of briskness at the end. |

Dooars, Putharjhora Estate, FOP, ORGANIC Dooars is a tea growing region between Assam and Darjeeling, so this black tea has the heartiness of an Assam black tea, with nuanced flavor notes reminiscent of Darjeeling black tea, and a dark almost cocooay note. |

East India Blend, ORGANIC This is our own blend of organic Assam and Darjeeling teas. It is full-bodied, aromatic, and has a delightful brightness to the cup. It is a great breakfast, but also a fantastic all-day sipping tea. |

Earl Grey, ORGANIC This tea classic is a blend of fine, organically grown Ceylon black tea with organic oil of bergamot. This makes for a slightly sweet, slightly floral and very satisfying cup of tea. |

Scottish Breakfast, ORGANIC This is a fabulous blend of Ceylon and Assam teas. It possesses all the malty heartiness of an Assam tea with a bright, crisp, and very clean taste reminiscent of fine Ceylon teas. It is a great breakfast tea, alone or with milk and sugar. |

Clouds & Mist Green, ORGANIC A lovely green tea grown on the island of Zhoushan off the eastern coast of China. This tea is bright, very fresh, very refreshing with the tiniest hint of toastiness. |

Rooibos, ORGANIC This is a traditional South African drink, also known as "red bush." It has a mild, aromatic, slightly citrus sweetness. Many people compare Rooibos to a fine Ceylon tea. Unlike most herbal drinks Rooibos has lots of body, but is still smooth and caffeine free. |
