White

White teas, the most delicate of all teas, are appreciated for their subtlety, complexity, and natural sweetness. They are hand-processed using the youngest shoots of the tea plant, with no oxidation.

Downy White

Downy White
4 oz. $12.47

This unusual white tea from China is all two leaf and a bud with many silver tips and is very downy with a very fresh, soft aroma. The liquor is light, bright, slightly sweet, with a hint of spring meadow to it. A very nice tea.

Machu Peach-U

Machu Peach-U
4 oz. $8.89

This white tea from China has a prominent peach aroma and a flavor that is very smooth, very very peachy, with lots of body for a white tea. If you're looking for a white tea that is a little silky, a little sweet, and has a little something extra-this is the tea. It is made using White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) white tea. Ingredients: white tea, peach pieces, peach flavor, calendula petals

Jasmine Silver Needle

Jasmine Silver Needle
4 oz. $19.89

This white tea is composed of beautiful, thick silver needles (aka Yin Zhen), scented with fresh jasmine blossoms numerous times. The steeped cup is stunningly fragrant, sweet, floral, phenomenally silky. Being a white tea, this tea is lighter than many teas, but the flavor and aroma are fantastic. This is a knock-your-socks-off tea.

Silver Peony

Silver Peony
4 oz. $8.87

This new and unique white tea has two major distinctions: it is made with fine teas from Yunan Province and it is a cross of Silver Needle and White Peony styles of white tea. It contains many silver needles, but also the 2nd and 3rd leaves, typical of White Peony. It cups up a light silvery/gold color, with a very light aroma, and a flavor profile that is slightly sweet, slightly grassy, with a little briskness that makes it extremely refreshing.

White Peony

White Peony
4 oz. $7.87

A white tea with more body than most and a sweet fresh earthiness to it. A tremendous value and a great introduction to white teas.

Yunnan White Bud

Yunnan White Bud
4 oz. $19.89

The dry leaf of this white tea is similar to Silver Needles: single buds, very downy, with a slight twist to the leaf. The steeped liquor of this white tea is light, very smooth, slightly sweet - almost buttery, with a lingering aftertaste. A wonderful white tea.
